as part of v5.4.1 announced below we now have a dedicated Fault Tracking module as an optional add-on to LifeCheck.  This is a fully featured module developed in conjunction with one of our LifeCheck users.  We have also produced a technical note which details teh functionality and operation of the fauklt tracking module which may be downloaded HERE.  Any comments or enquiries regarding this module are most welcome.
