July 2014 - V4.8.1 Released
LifeCheck v4.8.1 is now generally available. Although ostensibly a minor release, this update brings with it a number of new features as well as a raft of changes to existing functionality and fixes for any issues reported to us. Further details can be found on the LifeCheck Features page.

May 2014 - V4.8 Adds New Features to LifeCheck
As part of the launch of LifeCheck v4.8 due imminently, we are please to announce a number of new features in the software to include the ability to produce custom build sheets, a new Web Interface and Web Service APIs to facilitate external programs to access the LifeCheck database. February 2014 - LifeCheck v4.7.8
A number of new customers for LifeCheck has resulted in a few feature requests which we have rolled into the new v4.7.8 release.  This is a minor release however it is recommended that all users upgrade to this release as soon as possible to fix an issue which has been uncovered with regards to removing sessions from assemblies.

This release adds a number of minor new features such as the ability to add a note when creating a component and adding a title to Excel exports.  In addition it is now possible to 'auto-logon' as a specific department to avoid the necessity of logging on each time and to ensure that only the specified department is used.

January 2014 - LifeCheck v4.7.7
A New Year, another LifeCheck update...  Although official a minor update, LifeCheck v4.7.7 introduces some important new functionality in the shape of time based lifing. Now components which have their life defined as a number of operating hours can be handled within LifeCheck under both race and test conditions.

In addition, LifeCheck v4.7.7 tidies up the area of custom checks ensuring that only those checks which have been defined for a part are actually displayed making it much easier to easier to see at a glance which checks are operational. We have also added functionality to allow you to report on which components were changed between two selected sessions and to jump to the next missing component within the Chassis Build screen with a single click.
